No.6 developments is retained by Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH) to provide strategic planning and property advice across the Addenbrooke’s campus, which forms part of the world leading Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
No. 6 engages with CUH's capital teams to ensure timely planning advice to support the capital programme and liaise with the local authority to maintain positive working relations with officers and members.
Addenbrooke’s is the region’s leading hospital, and nationally renowned for its research and development capabilities, through linkages with campus partners such as Royal Papworth Hospital, AstraZeneca and the University of Cambridge.
No. 6 works closely with project teams to ensure a collaborative approach across a range of technical matters. Key areas of involvement include:

Delivery of Business-as-Usual capital projects.

Development of a long-term masterplan to upgrade and replace existing hospital buildings, whilst ensuring integration with the wider Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

Ensuring coordination of workstreams to help secure planning permissions to underpin the investment in the proposed Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital and Cambridge Children’s Hospital.
