Richard founded the business in 2018. A Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years of experience, he is in his element working directly with clients getting the strategy right and setting up the project for success. Richard enjoys the challenge of ensuring commercial priorities are realised through the delivery strategy and has a particular strength in engaging key stakeholders to promote the interests of the client or project.

Sean has a relentless focus on delivery and ensures the very best outcomes for clients through the assembly of high performing teams.

Her background in local government and private practice provides valuable planning insight. She specialises in planning applications, site appraisals, supporting statements, Local Plan consultations and strategic representations.

Hannah has been an integral member of the team, supporting No. 6 Developments since the company was established in 2018. Hannah is well known to our clients and consultant teams given the multi-disciplinary nature of the work and is well-versed in juggling busy schedules.
